Privacy Statement

MARWA holds the privacy of personal information as a fundamental obligation. MARWA will never share personal e-mail addresses and contact information of its members with any organization unless required by the Commonwealth Laws. MARWA will never use the personal information of its members for any commercial or private gain. MARWA will only collect, store, use, disclose and destroy your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Schedule 1 to the Privacy Act 1988 contains the Australian Privacy Principles which regulate the way in which organisations and government departments can collect and use personal information.

Refund Policy

Muslim Association of Riverina Wagga Wagga (MARWA) is a non-profit organization and a registered charity. We are accepting donations for building the first-ever mosque in Wagga. Once donations are made then they can’t be refunded unless the donation was made by error. If a payment or donation has been made to MARWA in error and a refund is required, please email admin@marwa.org.au
